Click here to download my pre-fieldtrip essay. This essay was written by me before we actually travelled to New York. The main focus is digital networks within New York city. It was a way of getting us to think about what we wanted to study when we actually got to New York. Only when we got to New York did we realise that it was near impossible to study digital networks, so the emphasis of our study had to change, and quick!

Click here to download the final essay. This essay was written by me and a fellow student and friend, Tom Goodacre. It is about New York as a Networked Landscape. The main focus is on the subway, but it also touches on digital networks within the city. Take a look and please sign my guestlist to leave your comments.
